…and I can’t say that I blame him. He feels too good to just sit around, but with his hemoglobin so low he just tires too quickly to start anything.
He was pretty tired over the Labor Day weekend; hemoglobin being low and all. We had some family over and barbequed on Saturday, but he pretty much stayed in his room. Bonnie took him and a friend to a movie Monday night. They saw The Manchurian Candidate. He’d needed to get out so it was good for him.
We were in Beaumont Tuesday night until about 9:30 p.m. getting two units of red blood. Josh is perkier now that his hemoglobin's up.
He gets another blood count on Friday and if everything is still holding and his counts are high enough, they'll do the bone marrow aspiration that day. They scheduled a room for it, as they're pretty sure. His platelets held over the long weekend.
